A Cate Date

Cate melted my heart when she said, "Maybe I would read a book to my horse. . . if I had a horse, and knew how to read."

This was at the conclusion of our final "Just You and Me Kid" date of the year - Friday, 2/25

River Market Books and Gifts - lots of reading in the tent, browsing books, and having a cookie
FOCAL sale in basement of the Main library - choosing bargains
Shared a Mediterranean lunch inside the River Market - salad, gyros, baklava
Rode the trolley around downtown Little Rock, then walked and browsed some, too
Took the long way to the 4-H Center and stopped on Cantrell at The Purple Cow, where we shared Cate's first ever banana split
Picked up sisters from their last full day of SEEK
