Cate's toe

Cate got a little bit of a bloody toe while climbing the stairs an hour or so ago. I talked to her about it and calmed her down (with the use of 3 consecutive band-aids). The very moment Chad walked in the door, she said, "Daddy. . . Did mommy tell you about my heart attack?"

You should have seen Chad's stunned face. Cate asked again, and we all started laughing as we realized she must have rememberd me mentioning that it could have been a carpet tack.

Gotta love a 3 year-old!
