Good Things

Chad left this morning for Iowa. It has been a much-anticipated trip, and we are all excited to watch the results unfold. His high school buddy Brian has been most gracious in opening their home and church to the visit, even preparing the way by writing letters to members of his congregation to introduce Chad to them. Tomorrow should bring 10 support appointments and many, many stories to tell. The remainder of his time there will be filled with meetings with other area pastors, a round-table discussion with couples who've attended a Weekend to Remember recently and the opportunity to share about the ministry during several worship services.

Already since the "daily bread" entry we have received word of almost $2600/year in new and unexpected support from Ohio, Mississippi, Arkansas and Illinois. We stand in awe!
